Jeff Tesch, CEO of RCN Capital spoke with Rocky Butani to share some insights about a variety of topics in private lending: 2024 loan volume, interest rates, insurance challenges, multifamily financing, 2025 predictions, RCN's wholesale program and more. RCN is mostly a wholesale lender serving loan originators, and they have a small retail division which is around 15% of their total loan volume. Around 75% of their lending is DSCR long-term rental loans and 25% is bridge loans, including fix & flip and ground-up construction.
