Judge Chutkan Orders Evidence Of Trump's Crimes Released - BUT With A Catch
Description
Judge Tonya Chutkan has ordered the release of the evidence that supports the narrative of Donald Trump's January 6th crimes that appears in Special Counsel Jack Smith's 165-page brief. But, Judge Chutkan gave Trump and his lawyers a seven-day stay, before her release order takes effect, for them to consider any litigation options they might have. Spoiler alert: because this is not an appealable order, Trump's litigation options are slim-to-none, and slim is fading fast. Glenn discusses the ONLY possible litigation option - something called a writ of mandamus.
