There is so much heaviness out there. It's hard not to feel almost buried by it some days. At least that's how I've felt over these past few days.

With that said, I have experienced such positives personally in the past week or two that I feel hopeful, grounded and grateful.

This week it's a conversation with myself--I'm talking about NEPA Gives that raised over a million dollars for nonprofits in my region; my Mom's 80th birthday celebration that was Simply the Best; and some upcoming comedy shows, mental health courses and forest therapy certification.
