Kailey Donewald is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and wellness advocate who spent the last 10 years traveling and living in places like India and Indonesia studying under leading practitioners in the fields of yoga, meditation, Eastern medicine, and alternative therapies. It was here she first discovered the powerful connection between diet and disease - having healed herself of several chronic conditions through a nutrient-dense, plant-based diet alone.
In this episode, we talk about leaving consulting to travel and complete a 200 hour yoga training in India as well as a raw juice cleanse in Bali. We learn all about Kailey's journey into holistic health as a coach & yogi, and how she used that knowledge to take on the ice cream industry with her functional gelato.
