Karl Marx and his philosophy is clear about the necessity to be productive and create richness. Its all about the understanding of the worker and his role in this process and the importance to know who you are, be prepared for what you do, and enjoy it having the conscience of this fact. Then the wealth needs to have a serious and correct distribution in-between the actors that made it.
The only wrong point for Bertrand Russell, was the hostility that had Marx for the borghese, that made any thought or position that hate is not to be considered.
