Episode 34: Karlee Flores, Olive & Artisan

Karlee is a videographer, baker, blogger, and content creator. Every homey recipe she makes will make you drool in your mouth and feel like you’re getting wrapped in a perfectly-tight hug. She talks about how she started in bookkeeping, working about a million hours a week, and how she would watch cooking shows in the break room. On the weekends, pushing through stress migraines, she would remake what she saw. Finally, she thought, This should be my job, and the foundation for what became Olive & Artisan was set. Her pivot into video will be inspiring to anyone who has tweaked their business model. She also talks about how she worked her business to work for her.
