Isabeau feels her less conventional life is more exciting.    She left he home in Canada at 18 to travel.  She also said that her partner is the polar opposite.

Isabeau got into Latin Dancing.  She asked someone to ask to dance and she said that he was a practicing alcoholic.  Isabeau had no idea about being around that kind of person.  The wonderful story is he is 25 years recovered.    Married many years she realized that it worked because of their difference and their commonality.    A counterbalance.

Isabeau identifies with ambitious perfectionists.  This is where she works well in coaching her clients.

What is it like for her two children to have a perfectionist parent?  This we speak to.  "What will mom think as a perfectionist?"

Holding a mirror up to people is important.  

"Change is hard".

Perfection is different for everyone.  It will look different to any one person.  Some it's vision, some it's the responsibility and we also speak to "The special flavour of me", as Isabeau explains.

COVID has caused some perfectionists to need a helping partner and need accountability in making decisions.  As perfectionists "we are afraid to take the wrong path".  And, "there is a lot of shame in perfectionism".
