Hey everyone! Welcome to a fresh new episode of Sum'MO Speaks. In this episode this week, I talk about the circles of individuals that you want around. With this month being November, I wanted to remind myself of all of the people in my life who I am grateful for. Individuals from family and friends who keep me grounded, love me, care for me, and are strongly supportive in who I am. These individuals have held me down this last month and I am grateful to have the loving circles that I can create and the individuals around me. Find your people who are going to keep you grounded, support you, guide you, love you, care for you like you do for yourself! They are out there waiting for you to reach them you just have to go and find them!
