We have a great and personal conversation with the amazing Lael Stone who is a force in the Aware Parenting World.  Her Ted Talk has over 900,000 views, she has a hit podcast and has opened a school to name just a few of the things she is doing in the world.  She has so much guidance to support parents who want to raise happy kids without losing their minds.
After briefly explaining the process of Aware Parenting and talking about how the old paradigm of parenting leads to unhappy adults. We launch into how you can heal yourself through the work and things a parent can do to support themselves because parenting is  no joke!
We cover how to deal with kids or families that have trauma such as separation, changing schools or anything else.
