You’re Killing the job is the attitude or perspective of someone or a group of people that someone or you are not working at the same pace as other less productive workers. When someone new on the job can outperform other employees that have been working for the business or organization for years employee conflicts can occur. Some employees feel that if they slow down production or not perform to standards it provides job security when that opposite is true. Job security comes from adding value to your work and provide excellent customer service. Never allow someone to bring you down and give less than your best effort at work.
