Content or resent factors to getting hired after retiring. According to the department of labor statistics over 10,000 people retire each day of which 40% return back to the workforce. Employers sometimes hesitate in employing people who retire for a number of reasons, first of which is the obvious age. Age discrimination is the primary reason that many retirees do not get hired, lack of usable skills is another factor in getting hired. But by far the main reason that people don’t get hired after retiring is the attitude of content or resent. In this episode, we will discuss that an attitude of resenting will keep you from getting a job after retiring.
