He worked with JP Morgan from 2012 to 2015 in both London and Sydney as an Executive Director for Conduct Risk and Strategy before becoming Managing Director. In 2017, he joined Commonwealth Bank as General Manager of Regulatory Affairs and in early 2019, Lee moved to his current role.
