Lessons in Death & Grief with a Death Doula
Update: 2020-10-14
Description
Moving through grief is something that needs to done with others, not in isolation. After abruptly losing one of my kittens to a horrible coronavirus -- I felt a grief I had never felt before. The outpour of support and shared stories and love has been making it easier to ride the waves of grief.
Therapist + death doula, @Jinahie, shares with us the secrets and lessons she has learned while helping people during their final moments.
I have found so much peace in this conversation and I know you will too. Grief is not only related to death -- it is the loss of relationships, previous lives, physical ability, etc.
We are all experiencing it on some level, but this is what reminds us how to be fully alive.
I love you.
