It's our last episode of 2020 and we are closing out a crazy year with an awesome collection of tips, tricks and powerful self-help switches from presenter, business woman and now author Amanda Byram.


Amanda's broadcasting career has spanned more than two decades. She is the CEO and owner of the sportswear brand, Body by Byram, as well as a certified personal trainer and a student of nutrition coaching and NLP.


She is also a recovering perfectionist and The Switch, her first book, is a tried and tested guide to how she overcame the pressures of perfection to find health and happiness.


The Switch is a distillation of all the techniques and strategies Amanda used to get herself off the ‘perfection treadmill’ and switch to a balanced lifestyle where food, fitness, family, friends and self-care are all in sync.


We like to find a lesson in every situation at shelf help. and if 2020 has taught us anything it’s that chasing perfectionism is futile. So Amanda is the perfect person to celebrate the end of this year with, as well as to share advice on making the most of the next one.
