Losing weight and eating healthy is not a one week adventure. It's a lifestyle change. The one thing about it is that it is not easy at all and it requires a lot of dedication and patience.
We have to undo a lifetime of bad habits. That alone is a hard concept to grasp at first. But it's worth it.
The thing is that you can only understand how that feels after you have gone thru the change. After you lose the weight you won't want to go back to your old ways.
You will feel much better. You have to stick with it until it becomes easy. After that you will not miss most bad foods you consume now.
Losing weight isn't easy....at first. Once you make it a life style then it becomes easy to eat healthy.
