There are a lot of mental obstacles we have to overcome when we decide to lose weight. We have to get out of our head and believe in what we are doing if we want to see results.
There is also the part when we get stuck in our ways of bad diets and we think that's how it just is and that it's going to be hard to change our ways. When the hardest part is really just making the decision to do something different and begin making small changes.
Our diet and the way we we eat are not the best if we are not happy with the extra weight.
The good news is that after you make the changes you will find a new comfort zone which is healthier than the one you are in right now and will bring many long term health benefits.
