Growing up Lucy struggled to know what she should do to live a life of ultimate happiness and to pass with no regrets. When no-one around her could give her a satisfying answer she, aged fourteen, turned to the world of positive psychology, the science behind all the best self-help books.
And there the most reputable psychologists became her teachers, and with them, she found answers to some of her life's most challenging questions.
