Just kidding... but not really because in this movie night episode, Zach and Sloane from the Mummy Dearest Podcast (@mummydearestpodcast) help me pick apart every detail of the homoerotic cult horror classic, Sleepaway Camp (1983). Was kid's camp in the 80s a lawless cult where kids (boys) could s€xually violate each other while an underage transgender serial killer murdered morally corrupt campers? According to this film and it's allegedly hetero director, that was true to experience. After we go on about the film and our fondness for ugly-hot people, we switch over to the movie The VVitch (2015). Also, that is not a typo, the film's director Robert Eggers intentionally spelled witch "VVitch" for reasons that aren't clear. This film is all about how babies can vanish in the blink of an eye and goats are actually hot men that can seduce you into living "deliciously". It's also a great movie to nap to. Listen now! <3
