Today’s guest is IcedCool. Iced is a Bankless DAO OG, and went full-time DAO in 2021. He brings a broad understanding of information technology and software development, and has managed a number of IT, DevOps and software development projects throughout his career. Prior to getting into web3 and DAOs, he was responsible for the IT department of a large east coast regional hospital.

In this episode, he spends much of his time thinking about tokenomics at BanklessDAO, and that is largely what we’ll be talking about today.
