This week, we’ll be talking about sound and music in film and media. We explore how music and sound impact us across genres like horror and music videos, and also break down how we approach making music choices for our own projects.

This episode also features an interview with special guest, Walker Perry. Walker is both a full-time Rutgers staff member who works closely with Scarlet Media, and a creative musician in his own right. He discusses making music for work and for fun, where he looks for inspiration, and how simple elements can change the emotional register of a song.
