When we go through hard times, it is sometimes difficult to stay loyal to our true feelings. Instead, we might suppress, deny or push it away.
I offer self-reflective meditation here to guide you through in a process of bringing compassion to our heart.
My work is inspired by Tara Brach, an American psychotherapist. She offers a wide range of mindfulness practice.
