Meditation value and support
Description
I understand meditation as listening to myself deeply. I believe we each have as an immutable part of ourself all the wisdom, energy, love and compassion that exist. The more fully we accept ourself the more we have conscious access to these and other devine attributes.
Self realization, enlightenment, accepting we are ONE with all that exists, being ONE with GOD are all synonyms for each other. We live in eternal love, peace and joy when we fully accept who we are. Meditation aids in that process.
The more I meditate the more I accept my own value and the more the outer world reflects that in valuing me. The ultimate support is supporting our effort to more fully accept our true self. Again, that support is reflected back to us by the outer world.
In summary, supporting myself by accepting my own value gets reflected back to me in the outer world.
