Skye Gyngell, the only female Australian chef to receive a Michelin star, has died aged 62 in London after battling a rare form of skin cancer. The Sydney-born culinary trailblazer was the daughter of Bruce Gyngell, the first person to appear on Australian television. Jamie Oliver has paid tribute to her as an amazing woman, incredible cook and kind-hearted person.
