Welcome to Episode 26: Mind Your Mental Health
Mental health is such a large topic and there are so many ways in which individuals can feel what mental health means to them. Due to the nature of our podcast talking about mindset, personal development, and growth, it goes without saying that it's linked to our wellbeing and therefore maintaining our mental health is needed in order to achieve those goals and objectives we set for ourselves. Sometimes life happens and different pressures of life, (often just perceived pressures too), can get the better of us. This may be in the form of financial stresses, physical illnesses, breakdown of relationships, or even just work-related stress where we can begin to feel overwhelmed with what life is throwing at us. Whether you are dealing with general levels of anxiety and stress or if you are actually at the extreme other end with significant mental health disorders or depression, there are somethings that we may be able to do to try to help the situation. In this episode we will be discussing our own personal experiences with mental health related issues as well as certain tools that can help support us when we feel ourselves being out of sync to help ourselves get back on track and maintain our mental health as best as possible.

Manifestation Maven provides empowerment skills, tools, and knowledge within personal and professional development. Suman Manghra, who founded Manifestation Maven, graduated with a Master's degree in Occupational Psychology and then went on to complete her training and became certified in Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to Masters and Trainers level, and also Coaching.
Within her former corporate career, Suman has also worked as a coach, mentor, and trainer in various organisations, and so now she provides a range of training and development both to groups and individuals. Through Manifestation Maven, Suman also delivers transformational programmes, digital courses, online workshops, and powerful keynote speaking.
She became a published author in 2021 after co-authoring, and contributing to the Anthology "The New Woman - Stories of Kintsugi Experiences" to continue to help guide more people to unleash their potential and live life to its fullest!
