In this brief episode we discuss the importance of sleep in our daily lives and share some useful tips, hacks and resources we have found in our own pursuit of sleep optimisation!
While we aren’t sleep doctors or experts of any kind, it’s worth noting there is no hard and fast rule with sleep, it’s very personal and is all about whatever works for you - what we have found is that you have to experiment with things by consuming different methods and opinions and then applying them for yourself.
We’ve found a good night’s sleep can be the key to top performance, and we wish that for you too!
