Emily has been on the road to visit one of her wine heroes Victoria Torres 🌋Victoria is a third generation winemaker on the Canary Island of La Palma. She works with many plots of ungrafted old vines (many plots are over 100yrs) and makes some of our favourite wines from this part of the world. 🌋
