Description
The filmmaker most in tune with Brian and Steve's sensibilities, Steven Kostanski, has a new film. This time he's remade a sword and sorcery from the 80s, Deathstalker. And while the film is an homage to those films, it's also tribute to all the others like Conan, Masters of the Universe, The Beastmaster, and even Ray Harryhausen films. All retold through the lens of 90s kid who loved the Power Rangers.
Plus host Steve poorly remembers a music cue from the Mortal Kombat movie as a from a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie.
