Mission Continues with Renee Foster

Renee Foster is a US Navy veteran and a City Impact Manager who volunteers for Mission Continues in Hampton Roads, Virginia, a non-profit that allows veterans to continue their service by supporting their partnerships with local non-profits in their community.

Capt. Bob talks with Renee about how veterans are supporting these local non-profits for 3-5 years to encourage and build community impact in underserved communities. With veteran volunteers within Mission Continues doing the hard work (a third of which are women) this organization is capable of doing the heavy lifting needed to make veteran-supported non-profits successful in 40+ major metropolitan cities.
