Virginia V3 Program with Megan LoBuglio
Megan LoBuglio is a 13 Year USAF Combat Veteran (Ground Controller) that guides Veterans in finding jobs as part of the Commonwealth of Virginia's Department of Veteran Services (DVS) V3 (Virginia Values Veterans) Program.

Capt. Bob talks with Megan about her time in the US Air Force as a Ground Controller, how the Virginia V3 Program is helping Veterans get employed, and how small business owners can benefit from becoming V3 Certified.

This episode also featured our new co-host Tyler Pieron! Tyler is a retired US Army CID (Criminal Investigation Division) Agent and is now a Veteran working for the US Federal Government.
