Flood stage is 29. Forecast. The river will rise to near 27. feet Monday morning, then begin a slow fall to near 27. feet by Thursday afternoon.


Hazardous Weather Outlook. This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest Iowa. east central Nebraska. northeast Nebraska and southeast Nebraska. Day one. Today and Tonight. Flooding continues along the Missouri River from Plattsmouth downstream past Rulo, and along the Missouri River above Lewis and Clark Lake. Days two through seven. Tuesday through Sunday. There is slight risk of severe storms Tuesday afternoon and evening from Omaha southward as a weak front stalls in the area. Large hail and damaging winds are the main hazards. Additional thunderstorms will be possible Wednesday night and Thursday. Flooding will continue along the Missouri River from Plattsmouth downstream past Rulo, and along the Missouri River above Lewis and Clark Lake. Spotter information statement. Spotter activation is not expected today or tonight.
