Hazardous Weather Outlook. This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of southwest Iowa. west central Iowa. east central Nebraska. northeast Nebraska and southeast Nebraska. Day one. Today and Tonight. Flooding continues along the Missouri River from the inflow into Lewis and Clark Lake, downstream to areas south of Rulo. Thunderstorms are likely for parts of northeast Nebraska this afternoon. Storms may spread farther to the east in the evening and tonight. The main risk for severe storms is across northeast Nebraska, but strong to severe storms could spread as far east as Onawa, Fremont, Lincoln and Beatrice. Lightning, large hail, strong outflow winds and heavy rain should be the main hazards. Days two through seven. Sunday through Friday. There will be chances for thunderstorms for at least parts of the area from Tuesday into Wednesday, then again by next weekend. Flooding will continue along the Missouri River from the inflow into Lewis and Clark Lake, downstream to areas south of Rulo. Spotter information statement.
