Motherhood & medals with Olympian Keesja Gofers
Description
There is such an exciting buzz around women’s sport at the moment, and as we just saw at the Paris Olympics, the mums are certainly well-represented!
One of those mums is Keesja Gofers… a proud member of the Aussie Stingers waterpolo team, who just returned home with a silver medal. Adding to that impressive accomplishment, is the fact she only gave birth to her daughter Teleri, last year!
In this episode of How Motherhood Changed Me, we ask Keesja what it takes to be an elite athlete and mum, how she got her postpartum body Olympics ready, and how it felt celebrating her success in Paris with her little girl.
It’s an inspiring chat, you’re going to love!
