Mulooly calls for UID clarification

Description
A regional MEP has called on the government to apply state funding fairly across the North West.
The issue stems from an EU test for SME and social enterprise aid not being implemented correctly.
The undertaking in difficulty aid may at times not be given to companies that rely on volunteer donations.
Independent Ireland MEP Ciaran Mulooly says not-for-profit companies in the region should not be denied funding due to the test.
