In episode 7 Cameron and James invite Carol Cooke to take a seat with them. Carol is an amazing woman who has taken the grip of her handlebars and pedalled her way through tough times. 

In 1998 a Doctor changed Carol's life when he delivered her diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis in a way that ignited a Paralympic flame deep within her. Not willing to go home and write her will, Carol began living her life to the fullest. She has now represented Australia in multiple sports, raised millions of dollars, and became a motivational speaker. This episode shows that a person can do anything they put their mind to regardless of their abilities, age, and gender.
