Description

In episode 19 Cameron and James invite Lynne Anderson to take a seat with them. Lynne was the CEO of Paralympics Australia from 2015 to 2021. She was involved in arguably the two most difficult Paralympic Games in modern times. Having successfully steered Australia through the Rio and Tokyo Paralympics Lynne stepped down as CEO at the end of 2021 to take on a new role at the sports commission of Australia. Having seen everything behind closed doors, we asked Lynne what it takes to run such a large organisation, and what is installed for Paralympians in Australia leading to our home games at Brisbane in 2032.
