They spent the first part of their day at Albert’s Bar after the owner (a subscriber!) reached out claiming his spot was great for a first date. They took in the ambiance during a special project for the pod and ended with lunch to get the full experience so they could assess for themselves. Afterward, they read an “Icky or Picky?” about a trip to Jared’s second home, the Comedy Cellar, but our listener wasn’t laughing. She was out with her boyfriend for a fun date night, and one joke made him laugh so hard, a mix of the ick and embarrassment came over her. Next, an Aussie listener writes in about her relationship going downhill ever since she let her BF know how her parents felt about their relationship, and now distance is getting added to the mix as he moves closer to work.
