In todays podcast, I talk about my birth story, which was not the smooth journey i hoped for. Blindness, ice cubes, emergency procedures and pre-eclampsia was not on the list of things I expected when it came to having my baby.
Ultimately, we were all well and safe but this did not stop the crippling anxiey I had about leaving the hospital after 8 days and the parental anxiety I work to keep at bay everyday.
