N188: Modalities in Homeopathic Symptomology
Description
The experience of a patient is found in the action of the pain and then the reaction in how, when and where the experience is worse or better or the manner in which it is experienced. The sensations of the experience and the modalities add to the where, when and how of the symptoms the patient is complaining about. These modalities become ‘adverbs’ to the action by adding to the action to better define it and better understand the symptoms and the perceptions behind them. This eventually helps understand the symptomology of the patient as well as the matching remedies that will help if their modalities match.
