On the 31st July 2022, we were in Pontcanna Fields for the 'NHS 5K do it your way event' organised by the Cardiff and Vale Health Charity.
Here we hear from Lucie Barratt from the charity, alongside some of those who took part including Fiona Kinghorn who's the Executive Director for Public Health at the Cardiff and Vale University Health Board.
