Today was the last Sunday Service of 2024, and at Bethany Baptist Church this morning there was a little bit of end times excitement in the air during Sunday School, Sunday Service and even our singing seemed a little more charged up than usual. Though we had some people out, many came and a number of new people as well. Our little 'church in the woods' is growing, and there is such a good Spirit there as it grows, it's truly a blessing. My message today was on the whole armour of God and its importance as these end times swirl around us. At the risk of oversimplifying, let me just say that the whole armour of God is God's preserved word as found in the Bible He wrote. The 'word of the king' and the power that comes with that word, that's your armour. God didn't create a PDF, didn't make a web site, and didn't use social media, He wrote a Book. Do you have it?
