Description

In this episode I speak to Natasha, a nutrition consultant and weight loss coach.  She shares her journey through perimenopause and menopause. She discovered she was in perimenopause after experiencing a menopause symptom called migraine aura. Natasha also experienced palpitations, which she later learned were related to her diet.

Through her own experiences and coaching others, she found that certain foods can exacerbate menopause symptoms, such as sugar, chocolate, and alcohol. By focusing on nutrient-dense foods like meat, fish, dairy, eggs, nuts, and leafy greens, and practicing intermittent fasting, Natasha was able to balance her hormones and relieve her symptoms.

She now helps others do the same through her online coaching program.  You can find out more about Natasha and her coaching program, on her website:
