The Games are heading to New York. Albany is the official home of the 2025 CrossFit Games. Lauren gives us a local's view of the capital of the Empire State. We have an updated rulebook for this year's season. Sean, Tommy and Lauren take a look at how Open registration affects prize money and how much each stage could pay with an assist from our friends at The Morning Chalk Up.
