In 2020, Brett Fairley was a young, strapping, 24 year old when he stumbled across Maria Nguyen at her birthday party, leading to a one-night stand. Bizarrely, after receiving no contact from Maria for a few months, she suddenly texts him with a peculiar request: can you be my sperm donor? And after repeated assurances from Maria that there would be no strings attached, Brett agrees. But what Brett didn't know at the time was that life-changing decisions should probably never be made off of simple promises, and that things were just about to get incredibly messy.
