This series has been excellent. But listening to this episode has been demoralizing for a few reasons. It is not "rightly or wrongly" that Dylan was triggered by those pics. come on now. With all the gross porn on the internet that kids can access, that they have become basically need and saturated to, it is dumb to think that those pics alone triggered him and made him dislike his father. He may have had a primal and core reaction to suppressed memories of other events with his father, and his knowledge of what his father is like. His father is vicious, violent, and strange. As far as giving the judge all the benefit of the doubt, maybe looking into his rulings on similar cases would have made sense, rather than assuming he regrets his bad decision now. The female mental health professional criticizes the female detective for "coddling" Redwine.
