For over 20 years, Anika has worked to advance equity and eliminate disparities, through a strategic, relationship-based approach to transforming systems. A trusted advisor with a career spanning private, nonprofit, and government sectors, Anika has advanced statewide initiatives centering equity and inclusion within education, science, workforce development, community investments, cultural arts, and community health and well-being.

A daughter of St. Paul’s historic Rondo neighborhood, Anika’s approach to leadership development reflects her value for the richness that comes from diverse perspectives, cultures and communities. Anika holds a Masters in Human Services, and Bachelors in Human Resource Management from Concordia University – Saint Paul. She spends her free time enjoying music, arts, sports and nature with family.
