They take their jetskis up a tributary to check it out, and find an old boat. Inside there are strange patterns on the walls and an old book.

As they head back up the tributary, one of the friends—Travis—accidentally hits and kills an old man with his jetski. The friends decide to go on home without notifying anyone, and as they speed away, the body left to decay in the sun, a mournful cry echoes through the leaves and across the water…
