Description
This is a meditation by Cate Mackenzie to help you get in touch with all your senses. You will use your imagination to heighten your sense of seeing, feeling, hearing and tasting. The meditation will help you to access new sensations and awaken your body. It will open new and sensuous doorways that may help you relax and feel a sense of release and letting go. You may or may not experience an orgasm but you may experience how your senses can take you on an opening journey.
