The Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority, PSiRA, has suspended eight employees following irregularities uncovered at Cat Protection and Security, owned by controversial businessman Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala. The move comes after probes found procedural flaws and weak oversight at the firm, amid allegations pointing to systemic control failures.
