And the simple fact is during this time of pain many people refuse to get help they need for fear of being infected and getting sick.
So how do we handle this pain?
We start our day and structure it to win.
- Turn off the news and disengage with social media will bring healing to your emotional/mental states. Reach out to a professional if you need as it is the right thing to do.
- Choose healthy with foods and beverages. But have some fun cheats too!
- Start each morning (right after using the bathroom) with a glass of water, a couple minutes of gratitude, and some healthy easy stretching.
By doing this you can reset your stress hormones which help balance brain neurotransmitters that in turn can help with the rest of the cascade of healing.
