Philip Rivers is now officially back and it would seem like Rivers will be ready to start right away. That is good news for the Indianapolis Colts, but the bad news for Rivers is that his first game back will be against one of the best defenses in the NFL in one of the harshest environments in the NFL, the Seattle Seahawks. The Green Bay Packers and Denver Broncos are surging and now both have a chance to prove themselves real contenders when they match up this weekend. The AFC playoff picture will get some real answers this weekend as the Buffalo Bills face the New England Patriots for a second time and the Kansas City Chiefs make their last stand against the Los Angeles Chargers. Finally, the NFC South also will get a big shakeup this weekend as all four teams face off. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers need to bounce back against the Atlanta Falcons and the Carolina Panthers need a prove it win against the New Orleans Saints.
